Day 01: Arrival in Negombo / Hotel Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to Hotel Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions in Negombo (approximately 20 minutes). Settle in with herbal teas and a welcome orientation. Take a leisurely walk along the beach or resort gardens to acclimate. End the day with a nourishing Ayurvedic dinner while watching the sunset.

Day 02: Negombo / Ayurveda and Yoga
