Day 01: Arrival in Negombo / Villa Hundira / Overnight in Negombo

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to Villa Hundira in Negombo (approximately 20 minutes). Spend the afternoon unwinding at your villa, strolling along the beach, or enjoying the lagoon’s gentle breezes. Conclude the day with a quiet dinner, immersing yourself in the peaceful rhythm of the ocean.

Day 02: Negombo to Digana via Kandy / Temple of the Tooth Relic / Overnight in Digana

After breakfast, drive to Digana in the central highlands (approximately 4 hours). Stop en route at the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic in Kandy, one of Sri Lanka’s most revered Buddhist sites, to observe morning rituals and the spiritual atmosphere. Continue to Rukgala Retreat in Digana, where panoramic views of rolling hills welcome you to your highland sanctuary. Take the evening to settle in and enjoy a gentle restorative yoga session.

Day 03: Digana / Yoga, Meditation Caves & Mindful Exploration / Overnight in Digana

Begin the morning with yoga to awaken the body and focus the mind. Take a guided walk to the Meditation Caves at Bambaragala, exploring natural rock formations and ancient meditation sites. Continue with mindful exploration of the caves, followed by evening yoga to release tension and integrate the day’s energy.

Day 04: Digana / Yoga, Paddle Boarding & Massage / Overnight in Digana

Day 05: Digana to Galle / Afternoon Rest / Overnight in Galle

Upon arrival at Niyagama House, your tranquil coastal retreat, take time to rest and refresh. Enjoy a gentle evening walk along the garden paths or nearby coastline to unwind from the travel day.

Day 06: Galle / Yoga & Guided Meditation / Overnight in Galle

Begin with a Hatha Vinyasa yoga session, followed by guided meditation to deepen relaxation. Spend the afternoon at leisure exploring the serene coastal surroundings or enjoying the retreat’s facilities. Optional evening yoga is available to integrate your experiences fully and prepare for a restorative night.

Day 07: Galle to Negombo / Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport (approximately 5–6 hours). Break the journey as needed for refreshments or short walks. Reflect on a week of mindful practice, serene landscapes, and rejuvenating experiences as you depart Sri Lanka, carrying a sense of inner calm and renewal.
